What you will do

• Work with multidisciplinary teams to define and implement SLIs and SLOs.
• Develop and maintain robust systems for observability and monitoring.
• Analyze failure scenarios and create comprehensive runbooks for remediation.
• Facilitate incident management processes, including performing on-call duties.
• Collaborate in a DevOps environment to optimize infrastructure for continuous deployment.
• Reduce non-value-adding work to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software, DevOps, QA, or cloud engineering, with minimum 2 years as a dedicated SRE.
• English: C1 level or above.
• Proven experience with incident management for high-traffic, 24x7 public-facing services.
• Strong proficiency with AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Argo CI/CD.
• Extensive experience with APM systems such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Experience working within the context of highly available eCommerce platforms.
