What you will do
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to define and implement SLIs and SLOs.
- Develop and maintain robust systems for observability and monitoring.
- Analyze failure scenarios and create comprehensive runbooks for remediation.
- Facilitate incident management processes, including performing on-call duties.
- Collaborate in a DevOps environment to optimize infrastructure for continuous deployment.
- Reduce non-value-adding work to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software, DevOps, QA, or cloud engineering, with minimum 2 years as a dedicated SRE.
- English: C1 level or above.
- Proven experience with incident management for high-traffic, 24x7 public-facing services.
- Strong proficiency with AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Argo CI/CD.
- Extensive experience with APM systems such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Experience working within the context of highly available eCommerce platforms.
