TL;DR
Media Buyer (Meta) (AdTech/Performance Marketing): Launching and managing Meta Ads campaigns for mobile applications with an accent on campaign structure, creative-audience testing, KPI tracking, and mobile attribution. Focus on analyzing campaign performance, scaling effective ads, managing high volumes of creatives, and gradually taking ownership of individual apps and campaigns.
Location: On-site at the Prague office, Czech Republic

Traffic Group is a full-service media buying and advertising company developing advertising products for a global team.
What you will do
- Launch and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads.
- Build campaigns, ad sets, and ads based on prepared approaches.
- Launch and monitor creative and creative-audience combination tests.
- Track spend, CPI, CAC, CPT, and other campaign KPIs.
- Turn off underperforming ads and scale effective campaigns with the lead media buyer.
- Work with AppsFlyer, advertising analytics, reporting, and campaign infrastructure.
Requirements
- On-site work at the Prague office is mandatory.
- Intermediate hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
- Understanding of the Campaign, Ad Set, and Ad structure.
- Understanding of CPM, CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA, and CAC metrics.
- Ability to analyze campaign results and work attentively with links, naming, and tracking.
- Readiness to manage a large volume of creatives and tests.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AppsFlyer or mobile attribution.
- Experience working with mobile applications.
