Salary: €47,000 – €57,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end setup of gifting products on the B2B webshop, ensuring accuracy and alignment with commercial priorities.
• Drive conversion by optimizing product visibility and merchandising based on performance insights and seasonal relevance.
• Build and optimize CRM flows and campaigns to maximize retention and customer lifetime value.
• Implement price changes and execute the promotional calendar through timely webshop updates.
• Create impactful product and mission content and coordinate UX improvements with the global digital team.
• Track key webshop metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention) and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in ecommerce content management and online merchandising, preferably in B2B, gifting, or FMCG.
• Hands-on experience with CRM campaign execution and lifecycle marketing.
• Ability to analyze performance data and report on webshop metrics.
• Knowledge of SEO basics and product page content optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English and Dutch.
• Must be based in the Netherlands and able to work from the Amsterdam office on average 3 days a week.
