Solutions Architect (AI)

TL;DR

Solutions Architect (AI): Designing and developing massively scalable data and AI solutions using hirify.global technology with an accent on client-facing consulting and technical architecture. Focus on optimizing distributed production environments, implementing Kubernetes-based services, and integrating AI/ML workflows.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid). This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship or relocation.

What you will do

• Design innovative, scalable solutions for customers using hirify.global Data Services and Anywhere Cloud.
• Act as a technical advisor to help customers maximize the value of the hirify.global data portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence the product roadmap based on field feedback.
• Lead the deployment and optimization of secure, high-performing distributed environments.
• Analyze complex production environments to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Kubernetes, networking, and storage.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI practitioners to implement innovative AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Python and Go.
• Hands-on knowledge of the data ecosystem, including AI/ML, data warehousing, and data engineering.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and NVIDIA GPU technologies.
• Proficiency in designing Kubernetes APIs, CRDs, and Controllers with a focus on backward compatibility.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex distributed systems and networking.
• Must be based in the Czech Republic; no relocation or immigration sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with the development of the Rancher Kubernetes Engine.
• Experience working within the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) community.
