What you will do

• Configure and manage user communication across push, in-app, and email channels.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to maintain content plans.
• Analyze key network KPIs (ER, IR, LTV) and map the user lifecycle.
• Conduct data analytics, including hypothesis generation and A/B testing for campaign effectiveness.
• Report on region-specific metrics and communication performance.
• Explore user databases to identify insights and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM, email, or targeted marketing.
• Experience working with large user databases.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Sheets.
• Ability to design sequences of triggered communications and analyze product funnels.
• Working proficiency in Portuguese.
• Location: Must be based in Lima, Peru.
