What you will do

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts.
• Lead weekly client calls and own the performance narrative for your portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including paid social, influencer, creative, SEO, and lifecycle.
• Translate data into actionable insights to optimize creative performance and audience strategy.
• Support retention strategies including LTV analysis and loyalty mechanics.
• Leverage proprietary AI and data tools to enhance business processes and client outcomes.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in fashion, apparel, or DTC marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English required.
• Must be based in Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Peru.
• Deep understanding of DTC economics including CAC, LTV, and cohort behavior.
• Experience managing Meta-heavy media mixes and creative testing environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex performance data into clear client narratives.
