What you will do

• Manage recruitment processes including pre-screening and interviews.
• Coordinate employee adaptation and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR procedures and policies.
• Advise management on personnel issues and support employees.
• Organize corporate events and prepare reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in international IT/gaming.
• Russian language proficiency.
• Very good command of English.
• Managerial and strong interpersonal skills.
