What you will do

• Design and balance the game economy to ensure healthy money supply and sink/source equilibrium.
• Develop and optimize the economic model for the Loyalty Program, including reward and points systems.
• Set and monitor RTP targets across various game verticals.
• Calibrate bonuses and promotional mechanics such as free spins, cashback, and reload bonuses.
• Model economic scenarios and perform sensitivity analysis to support A/B testing.
• Track and optimize key economy health metrics including bonus abuse rates and wagering velocity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, data analysis, or business analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• English: B2 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Background in loyalty programs, gaming, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Previous experience in iGaming, player economics, or retention analytics.
