What you will do
- Create original slot game concepts, themes, mechanics, and bonus flows.
- Define mathematical parameters including volatility, hit frequency, and RTP targets.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive game design documentation (GDD), art briefs, and sound briefs.
- Collaborate with Producers, Mathematicians, Developers, and Artists throughout the development cycle.
- Review game builds and provide feedback on pacing, UI, and overall player experience.
- Research industry trends and innovations to support future game concepts.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of slot game principles, mechanics, and player experience.
- Experience creating game design documents and feature descriptions.
- Ability to communicate creative visions effectively to technical and artistic teams.
- Analytical thinking to balance mechanics with mathematical parameters.
- English: Proficiency required for collaboration with worldwide teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in land-based or online real-money gaming/social casinos.
- Basic knowledge of probability, statistics, or slot math.
- Proficiency with visual design tools like Photoshop or storyboarding software.
- Experience with regulated gaming markets and compliance processes.
- Responsible use of AI tools for ideation and research.
