What you will do

• Create original slot game concepts, themes, mechanics, and bonus flows.
• Define mathematical parameters including volatility, hit frequency, and RTP targets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive game design documentation (GDD), art briefs, and sound briefs.
• Collaborate with Producers, Mathematicians, Developers, and Artists throughout the development cycle.
• Review game builds and provide feedback on pacing, UI, and overall player experience.
• Research industry trends and innovations to support future game concepts.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of slot game principles, mechanics, and player experience.
• Experience creating game design documents and feature descriptions.
• Ability to communicate creative visions effectively to technical and artistic teams.
• Analytical thinking to balance mechanics with mathematical parameters.
• English: Proficiency required for collaboration with worldwide teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in land-based or online real-money gaming/social casinos.
• Basic knowledge of probability, statistics, or slot math.
• Proficiency with visual design tools like Photoshop or storyboarding software.
• Experience with regulated gaming markets and compliance processes.
