What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to bring a greenfield programmable voice product to market.
• Define the global strategy and roadmap, incorporating AI voice agents, real-time media streaming, and LLM integration.
• Execute a self-serve, product-led GTM motion utilizing SDKs and portals to target the SMB and startup segments.
• Design and manage usage-based commercial models and defend the business case against market ambitions.
• Build a partner ecosystem with AI providers like ElevenLabs and Cognigy, and engage major LLM framework owners.
• Coordinate across internal entities (BICS, Konera, Telesign) and collaborate with Engineering and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Proven product leadership experience in CPaaS, UCaaS/CCaaS, or API platform businesses, ideally within telecommunications.
• Track record of taking greenfield products from zero to one and scaling them internationally.
• Deep understanding of the voice stack: PSTN, SIP trunking, DID numbering, and real-time media streaming.
• Familiarity with branded calling frameworks, including STIR/SHAKEN and regional attestation models.
• Working knowledge of conversational and agentic AI, including voice agents and LLM runtimes.
• Strong commercial acumen in pricing design, monetization, and business case construction.
