What you will do

• Own business and system analysis for the Invest product across the full feature lifecycle.
• Map the trading stack, including accounts, liquidity, execution, custody, and settlement.
• Gather, validate, and document business and system requirements aligned with technical constraints.
• Create technical documentation using User Stories, Use Cases, UML, BPMN, and Sequence Diagrams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Dealing, Operations, Engineering, and QA teams to drive solution design.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business and System Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in UML, BPMN, and writing User Stories and Sequence Diagrams.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with backend systems and platform administration tools.
• Proficient English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, specifically Invest trading.
• Familiarity with REST API, gRPC, FIX Protocol, and message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Solace.
• SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Russian language skills.
