What you will do

• Identify and investigate operational inefficiencies, structuring ambiguous problems to find root causes.
• Run deep dives into vendor spend, payments, banking costs, and internal cash flows.
• Build lightweight models, dashboards, and decision-support analysis to quantify impact.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and automations using Claude to replace manual recurring processes.
• Collaborate across teams to map end-to-end processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Present clear findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a highly analytical role such as FP&A, business finance, operations, or strategy consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for building practical models from incomplete data.
• Practical experience with Claude or similar AI tools to build repeatable workflows.
• Strong ability to translate unclear questions into structured, actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication skills for presenting trade-offs to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments, treasury, procurement, or ERP data.
• Background working within high-growth technology companies or SaaS.
• Proven track record of building scalable AI workflows.
