What you will do

• Lead and manage a small team of four employees providing support for DFWES equipment and operations.
• Ensure contractual and operational support for military exercises.
• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot simulator systems to ensure readiness.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, including financial, technical, and HSSE-related matters.
• Collaborate closely with military and civilian contacts in Germany, Sweden, and the UK.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paderborn, Germany.
• Technical background or formal technical training.
• Experience working in military environments or with military exercises.
• English language skills are essential.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Sweden and the United Kingdom.
