TL;DR
Forward Deployed Engineer (AI): Deploying and integrating trusted AI infrastructure for the public sector and regulated industries with an accent on on-prem deployments, MCP/API integrations, and secure environment configuration. Focus on solving complex infrastructure constraints, managing end-to-end production delivery, and bridging the gap between technical requirements and customer outcomes.
Location: Must be based in Sweden. Work is up to 80% on-site at customer locations with some cross-European travel.

What you will do
- Deploy platforms in on-prem and private cloud environments with strict security requirements.
- Build integrations across APIs, authentication systems, data pipelines, and document platforms.
- Act as the technical owner for customer engagements from pre-sales through go-live.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into production-grade solutions and debug high-constraint environments.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap based on real-world deployment insights.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sweden.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English is required.
- Experience across the full stack: frontend, backend, infrastructure, AI layer, GitOps, and networking.
- Proven track record of shipping production systems and owning end-to-end delivery in customer environments.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions to both managers and engineers.
- Tech stack experience: Python, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, self-hosted LLMs, and Svelte.
Nice to have
- Additional European language skills.
- Background in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
