What you will do
- Provide technical and managerial leadership to the NC programming team.
- Oversee the planning, management, and continuous optimization of all NC programming processes.
- Ensure high-quality creation and simulation of NC programs for 3- and 5-axis machining centers.
- Standardize programming strategies and manage CAD/CAM and simulation systems like CATIA V5, Siemens NX, and Vericut.
- Drive the digitization of manufacturing documentation and the industrialization of new products.
- Collaborate with Production, Industrial Engineering, and Quality departments to enhance machine performance and automation.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering, or equivalent technician/master craftsman qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in NC programming for complex CNC machining.
- Proven leadership or technical project management experience.
- Expert knowledge of CATIA V5, Siemens NX, and Vericut.
- In-depth understanding of 3- and 5-axis machining and tool technology in the aerospace sector.
- Proficiency in German and English is required for professional communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with Teamcenter, Walter TDM, or Siemens SINUMERIK 840D.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Experience in programming specialized machinery or robotic systems.
