What you will do

• Provide technical and managerial leadership to the NC programming team.
• Oversee the planning, management, and continuous optimization of all NC programming processes.
• Ensure high-quality creation and simulation of NC programs for 3- and 5-axis machining centers.
• Standardize programming strategies and manage CAD/CAM and simulation systems like CATIA V5, Siemens NX, and Vericut.
• Drive the digitization of manufacturing documentation and the industrialization of new products.
• Collaborate with Production, Industrial Engineering, and Quality departments to enhance machine performance and automation.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering, or equivalent technician/master craftsman qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in NC programming for complex CNC machining.
• Proven leadership or technical project management experience.
• Expert knowledge of CATIA V5, Siemens NX, and Vericut.
• In-depth understanding of 3- and 5-axis machining and tool technology in the aerospace sector.
• Proficiency in German and English is required for professional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Teamcenter, Walter TDM, or Siemens SINUMERIK 840D.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience in programming specialized machinery or robotic systems.
