What you will do

• Lead on-site installations and commissioning of vision software, including site assessments and system calibration for production environments.
• Deliver hands-on training and education to customers to ensure they maximize the value of the technology.
• Provide consultative guidance to plant managers and automation engineers to identify high-value automation opportunities.
• Diagnose and resolve post-installation technical issues systematically and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Document field challenges and customer application patterns to provide feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in robotics, machine vision, or industrial automation.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time across Europe.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical staff and plant management.
• Self-directed organization for managing a multi-country territory.

Nice to have

• Degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Dipl.-Ing.) in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Hands-on experience with FANUC, KUKA, ABB, or other industrial robot platforms.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing field role (FAE, application specialist, or systems integrator).
