Location: Hybrid (Must work from the London office at least 3 days per week)

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and visual executions for brand, performance, social, video, digital, and OOH platforms
• Collaborate with writers, marketers, and product teams to create cohesive, insight-led creative
• Translate product truths and business challenges into emotionally resonant visual storytelling
• Contribute to visual identity, campaign platforms, moodboards, and creative strategy
• Use testing and performance insights to refine creative and improve results
• Maintain and elevate creative standards across the in-house studio

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional creative experience with a strong portfolio
• Strong conceptual thinking and excellence in art direction and visual storytelling
• Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial objectives
• Experience working in an advertising agency or a high-standard creative environment
• Proficiency in executing work across digital, social, film, and OOH platforms
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office

Nice to have

• Experience in production processes or motion design
• Familiarity with emerging creative tools and AI technologies
