What you will do

• Drive creative direction across key accounts to ensure effective ideas that meet client and patient/HCP needs.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in art direction from concept to execution across digital, print, and campaign work.
• Mentor and grow art directors, designers, and copywriters, fostering a high-standards creative culture.
• Collaborate with Client Service and Strategy teams to align creative solutions with business objectives and insights.
• Present and defend creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advertising/agency creative roles.
• Proven progression from Art Director into creative leadership positions.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual and visual storytelling ability.
• Experience managing and developing junior creative talent.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma (HCP and/or DTC) and comfort with regulatory compliance.
