What you will do

• Develop and support the product strategy and roadmap for marine and offshore weather solutions within the Weather Hub platform.
• Prioritize engineering investments by synthesizing customer pain points, capability gaps, and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with data science and meteorology teams to deliver marine-specific features like fleet risk views and alerting intelligence.
• Translate complex weather data into actionable intelligence optimized for time-pressured operators.
• Conduct regular discovery with fleet managers, port captains, and vessel masters to understand operational workflows.
• Support GTM planning and create value narratives demonstrating revenue preservation and safety improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience supporting B2B SaaS or DaaS products.
• Demonstrated experience in customer discovery and gathering product requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% for customer visits and industry events.
• Must be able to work the specified schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Manila Time).

Nice to have

• Background in meteorology, oceanography, or marine science.
• Direct experience in marine, offshore energy, or maritime technology industries.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics, threshold-based alerting, or operational risk platforms.
