Location: Onsite in Manila (One Ayala Tower 2)

What you will do

  • Translate complex customer needs into clear business requirements and end-to-end process designs.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement features and user stories for straight-through processing.
  • Design data exchange models and API solutions to reduce manual handling and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify shared process functions and standardize them within a global framework.
  • Support the product owner in daily team leadership and provide detailed input for product development.
  • Ensure 24/7 operational stability and regulatory compliance for lending core systems.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within complex international environments.
  • Proven experience in defining data needs, designing data models, and API design.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience or strong affinity with Wholesale Banking and lending products.

Nice to have

  • Specific knowledge of LoanIQ, particularly regarding system interfacing.
