Consumer Products Associate (Licensing)

Location: Shanghai, China; flexible work model with purposeful in-person collaboration

What you will do

• Support licensing plans across an assigned portfolio of partners in China and export markets.
• Coordinate product development, approvals, product launches, and ongoing partner support.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with licensing agencies and licensees.
• Prepare sales, royalty, portfolio, forecasting, and business review reports.
• Coordinate creative approvals, product submissions, and cross-functional workflows in line with hirify.global brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Franchise, Creative, Product Development, and regional and global Consumer Products teams.

Requirements

• Marketing, Business, or another relevant tertiary qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in consumer products, licensing, FMCG, retail, or a related commercial environment.
• Experience working with external partners, agencies, distributors, or commercial customers.
• Understanding of licensing, brand management, product development, or commercial operations.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
