What you will do

• Lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery for initiatives aimed at improving customer workflows and experiences.
• Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear product solutions while balancing roadmap sustainability.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve delivery predictability and reduce context switching.
• Analyze product performance indicators, including delivery efficiency and user perception of solutions.
• Define and document detailed product requirements and business rules to support execution.
• Communicate product updates and strategic decisions to internal stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in technology roles such as Business Analyst, Project Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager.
• Proven experience supporting product discovery, prioritization, and delivery processes.
• Strong analytical skills to transform data and user behavior into actionable product decisions.
• Technical understanding to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.

• Experience with SaaS, B2B, or B2B2C products.
• Background in financial products, administrative management, or back-office platforms.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, ERP systems, security, or regulatory topics.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve product processes.
