What you will do

• Contribute to core recruitment activities including sourcing, coordination, and operational support.
• Support candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and research techniques.
• Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and future roles.
• Manage and organize data within talent acquisition systems.
• Collaborate with sourcers and recruiters on hiring needs and projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cluj-Napoca
• Interest in recruitment, sourcing, or HR.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and handle structured tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• English proficiency required
