Что делать

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Cisco Meraki equipment, and backup power systems.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues via the helpdesk system.
• Ensure compliance with global NRC ICT policies, security standards, and data protection procedures.
• Manage user accounts, software licenses, and access rights for institutional tools like Office 365.
• Monitor internet link performance and maintain ICT equipment inventory.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on the effective use of ICT tools.

Требования

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT, preferably in a humanitarian aid context.
• Fluency in Ukrainian (written and spoken) and good English proficiency.
• Legal right to work in Ukraine is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of network administration (LAN/WAN) and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience working in complex and volatile environments.
