What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and evaluation of ML models for demand forecasting and AI products.
• Develop reusable modelling approaches to serve replenishment, pricing, and supply chain optimization.
• Research and prototype emerging machine learning techniques from academia and industry to improve performance.
• Design rigorous offline and online evaluation methodologies to measure model quality and business impact.
• Write production-quality Python code for machine learning models and forecasting pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other scientists through code reviews and guidance.

Requirements

• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar technologies.
• Expertise in time series forecasting, probabilistic forecasting, deep learning, or causal inference.
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed data processing environments.
• Application of software engineering practices, including testing and version control.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
