What you will do

• Serve as the primary experimentation expert during customer evaluations, guiding technical discussions from discovery through proof of concept.
• Partner with data scientists and engineering leaders to advise on experiment design, statistical methodology, and experimentation architecture.
• Educate customer teams on best practices for metric development, variance reduction, and results interpretation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to translate field insights into product development.
• Create repeatable technical frameworks and enablement materials to strengthen experimentation expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Experimentation, Analytics, or Applied Statistics.
• Strong foundation in experimental design, causal inference, and A/B testing (including sequential testing and holdouts).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Proven experience in customer-facing technical consulting and communicating complex statistical concepts to stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with experimentation platforms such as Statsig, Eppo, Optimizely, or LaunchDarkly.
• Track record of influencing product strategy and technical roadmaps based on market feedback.
