What you will do

• Build and maintain ingestion pipelines for security telemetry (cloud provider audit logs, identity/SaaS activity, endpoint data) into hirify.globalsearch.
• Ensure the health and stability of hirify.global Cloud on Kubernetes clusters, including version upgrades, capacity management, and shard handling.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and hirify.globalsearch resources using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Implement AI automation and self-healing jobs to reduce operational toil and accelerate investigations.
• Own data quality and reliability, monitoring backfills and ensuring schema consistency across security data sources.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating hirify.globalsearch in production, including managing ingest pipelines and index templates.
• Experience with ECK or hirify.globalsearch on Kubernetes (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with Terraform for managing infrastructure as code.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes for deploying and troubleshooting workloads via Helm charts.
• Ability to integrate REST APIs, handling authentication, pagination, and rate limits.
• Eligibility to work in Department of Defense (DoD) Impact Level 4 or above cloud service environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP and working with cloud audit/logging data.
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with SOC operations and incident response (IR) workflows.
• Experience developing dashboard and visualization tools.
