What you will do

• Manage day-to-day communications and moderation on Instagram, Discord, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Ideate and create engaging, timely content to grow audience and increase interaction.
• Coordinate with global marketing and product teams to execute community and social media strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with online influencers and content creators through active outreach.
• Analyze social media performance and provide landscape insights for improvement.
• Manage the social content calendar and perform departmental administrative duties.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, PR, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in community management or social media marketing.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Strong understanding of social media, livestreaming best practices, and online engagement techniques.
• Must be a gamer with the ability to identify emerging social trends and gaming references.
• Ability to work in Singapore and adapt to odd hours/weekends due to global team coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience building and managing social media accounts for a professional brand.
• Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, and SEM.
