Community Specialist (Gaming)

What you will do

• Manage daily communications, moderation, conflict resolution, and community rules across Instagram, Discord, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Create timely and relevant content across multiple social media channels to grow the audience and increase engagement.
• Coordinate with global marketing and product teams on social media and community strategy, campaign planning, and content creation.
• Build relationships with online influencers and content creators through active outreach.
• Maintain the social content calendar and coordinate delivery with stakeholders.
• Analyze owned and external social media channels, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, PR, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in community management or social media marketing.
• Fluent English required.
• Understanding of social media and livestreaming best practices, online marketing, and engagement techniques.
• Strong creative judgment, awareness of emerging social trends, and familiarity with gaming and pop-culture references.
• Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures; gaming experience is required.

Nice to have

• Experience building and managing social media accounts for a brand.
• Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and SEM.
• Additional language skills.
