Builder Community Manager (AI)

Location: APJ region, with a preference for candidates based in Singapore. The role includes representing Nebius at local events and requires flexibility for meetings across US, Europe, and APAC time zones when needed.

Nebius builds a full-stack AI cloud platform for developers and enterprises, covering data and model training through production deployment.

What you will do

• Build and grow a local developer community of AI builders, engineers, and technical founders across APJ.
• Identify important regional hubs, communities, influential builders, startups, venture capital firms, universities, and developer groups.
• Plan and execute practical meetups, workshops, hackathons, and other builder-focused community events.
• Develop direct relationships with developers and engage communities through Discord, Slack, Telegram, and similar channels.
• Turn one-off events into repeatable programs such as ambassador programs, recurring meetups, and builder cohorts.
• Share community insights with product, marketing, leadership, and ecosystem teams to influence developer engagement and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in community, developer marketing, events, or ecosystem roles.
• Strong understanding of developer audiences, preferably in AI/ML, infrastructure, or adjacent areas.
• Proven experience running ambassador or grassroots community programs.
• Execution-driven approach with the ability to move quickly from an idea to an event and measurable results.
• Strong local network or the ability to build one quickly, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility.
