What you will do

• Support health, safety, quality, and compliance activities across the education sector contract.
• Conduct audits of contractor safety documentation, including SWMS, toolbox talks, and licenses.
• Monitor contractor compliance with WHS reporting and legislative obligations.
• Manage contractor and employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in health and safety roles.
• Deep knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting audits and supporting compliance programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and contractor management skills.
• Formal qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety or a related discipline.
