What you will do

• Handle daily deliverables for investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash management according to company policies.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues when necessary.
• Address and resolve queries from clients, investors, and fund managers with high quality.
• Collaborate with the team in regular check-ins to share ideas and support colleagues.
• Assist management with departmental projects and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred or relevant experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, or banking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong skills in Excel.
• Existing experience in client or customer service.
