What you will do

• Develop CAD templates and design tooling for TDO-Tool integration and other design activities.
• Perform CAD modeling and drawing creation using NX-Unigraphics and manage data within Teamcenter 14.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (purchasing, quality, assembly) for the joint definition of components.
• Lead cost-down programs to optimize components and review work results from internal and external engineers.
• Coordinate self-responsible development tasks using Microsoft Project.
• Handle quality issues and potentially conduct patent research or support external service providers.

Requirements

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the wind industry.
• Proficiency in NX-Unigraphics, Teamcenter, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in design and dimensioning of steel, aluminum, welded, bent, and sheet metal constructions.
• Proven expertise in safety-relevant tower components, including ladder- and fall arrest systems, service lifts, and platforms.
• Fluent English proficiency.
