Location: Onsite in Burbank, CA or Everett, WA (Local candidates will be considered first)

Salary: $151,500 – $181,500 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions and intelligent workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Build AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge and structured data.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Shopify, D365 ERP, and Snowflake.
• Establish engineering best practices and reusable AI patterns to accelerate adoption across the organization.
• Mentor engineers through technical leadership, code reviews, and collaborative problem solving.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in production AI, ML, or generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience developing scalable APIs and cloud-native applications.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and agentic architectures.
• Deep understanding of RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Burbank, CA or Everett, WA.

Nice to have

• Experience with coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and Azure AD identity patterns.
• Experience building multi-agent AI systems and integrating various foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
• Background in retail, eCommerce, or consumer products.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and containerization.
