Salary: $99,507.00 - $164,559.00 (annual base salary)

What you will do
- Provide architectural recommendations and implement strategic solutions to resolve IT system challenges across database, infrastructure, and distributed system constraints.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry developments, assess applicability, and recommend adoption to strengthen system architecture and project outcomes.
- Lead system capacity and performance analysis for batch and online environments; develop and maintain data and process models to guide optimization and architecture improvements.
- Analyze and propose solution designs for complex service requests, incident reports, and system issues; drive timely resolution and enhancement projects.
- Oversee implementation of solutions to ensure technical accuracy, adherence to timelines, and successful project deliverables.
- Integrate security requirements into project planning and execution, including desktop/server security oversight, firewall maintenance, patching, vulnerability remediation, and access management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 7 years of experience supporting and implementing technology environments.
- Proficiency with diagnostic and administrative tools for project execution and systems oversight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical and project challenges.
- Ability to provide after-hours and weekend support for service-related issues.
- Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required; if no card at hire, obtain within 30 days and maintain renewal before expiration (required within LA City only).
