What you will do

• Directly manage EU-based consultants, incident response practitioners, and penetration testers.
• Lead the Middle East region through a regional manager to ensure strategic alignment and effective reporting.
• Oversee the quality and consistency of service delivery outputs across EU and Middle East markets.
• Monitor and optimize EMEA utilization and resource allocation via billable hours tracking.
• Manage regional operational budgets and proactively escalate financial risks.
• Partner with regional sales leadership to identify and execute service positioning opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading professional services or consulting teams across multiple geographies.
• Deep experience in consulting, incident response, and/or penetration testing delivery and methodologies.
• Ability to establish quality standards and drive process improvement across distributed teams.
• Experience managing through sub-managers within matrix organizations.
• Strong capability to navigate regional complexities, including time zones, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations.
• Experience managing budgets across multiple regions or cost centers.
