What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives from problem definition and modeling to production deployment and monitoring.

• Drive innovation in personalized game recommendations and page layout optimization via experimentation.
• Translate complex technical findings into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and champion technical best practices to elevate team rigor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data science with expertise in ML and statistical modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with data manipulation and visualization tools.
• Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
• Hands-on experience developing personalization algorithms for content delivery or user-facing platforms.
• Must be based in Canada.
