What you will do

• Lead the cross-service-line AI Center of Excellence, establishing standards, reusable assets, and reference architectures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on enterprise AI strategy, governance, and large-scale transformation.
• Develop and evolve the AI portfolio across strategy, engineering, agentic AI, and managed services.
• Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical delivery, including AI architecture and data platforms.
• Mentor senior architects, consultants, and technical leaders across the organization.
• Represent the company as a thought leader at conferences, executive forums, and with strategic partners like Microsoft.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in AI, data platforms, cloud, enterprise architecture, or consulting.
• Deep expertise in generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, and production AI delivery.
• Proven experience advising C-suite executives on AI strategy and business transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading AI, innovation, or technology Centers of Excellence.
• Exceptional executive communication and influence skills within complex matrixed organizations.
• Cannot sponsor work visas at this time.

Nice to have

• Post-doctorate degree in computer science, mathematics, data science, or related fields.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Databricks, or other hyperscalar cloud platforms.
• Established external credibility through speaking, publishing, or patents.
• Experience within a global technology consulting or professional services organization.
