What you will do

• Prepare simple to complex US sales and use tax returns.
• Resolve sales/use tax-related notices and queries.
• Monitor, document, and apply changes in tax rates and laws for return preparation.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide industry knowledge and experience.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with engagement team members.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a business-related major preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service-related experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in person from the Orlando office.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
