Location: On-site in Arnhem, Netherlands. Must already hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands

Salary: €4,000 – €5,500

What you will do

• Own the development of the Mobile Service Cloud platform, supporting thousands of agents and millions of conversations.
• Build and integrate HALO-powered AI agents to automate routine inquiries.
• Strengthen the backend to ensure a seamless experience across email, phone, live chat, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.
• Iterate rapidly by testing ideas, shipping updates, and refining the product based on learning.
• Use and share AI tools to automate and improve internal development workflows.

Requirements

• Solid experience with C#, .NET, Entity Framework, and SQL.
• Versatility to handle frontend tasks using Vue.js or jQuery.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (or similar), Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands is mandatory.
• Fluency in English.

• Active experimentation with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot.
