What you will do

• Collaborate with experienced engineers to build digital products in a professional team environment.
• Define personalized learning goals with a mentor to match education and interests.
• Conduct research on technical challenges for graduation projects.
• Design and develop prototypes or proofs of concept.
• Contribute directly to ongoing development projects in working internships.
• Assess problems and leverage AI tooling to take ownership of outcomes.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or HBO degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Alkmaar or Amsterdam.
• Fluent in English.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership.
• AI literacy and a mindset for incorporating AI tools into daily development practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Next.js, Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
• Knowledge of .NET, Node.js, Python, machine learning frameworks, or LLMs.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• Experience with Connected TV (CTV) development.
