What you will do

• Manage day-to-day social media strategy, including content planning, publishing, and performance reporting.
• Develop internal communications and employee engagement content to connect the workforce.
• Support public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and award submissions.
• Create content for positioning and pursuit materials to enhance business development outcomes.
• Collaborate with National and regional marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns from concept to execution.
• Utilize marketing technology and AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and improve content productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or Business.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain self-directed in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and CRM platforms.
