What you will do

• Manage and publish content across TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build community rapport.
• Scale the hirify.global Trades Collective from 90 toward 9,000 members.
• Coordinate with video, design, and marketing teams to source and schedule content.
• Track platform analytics and recommend improvements to increase reach.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and logistical tasks for channel maintenance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media or community management.
• Proficiency as a platform generalist across TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Strong written communication skills for authentic community engagement.
• Proven track record of growing audiences, ideally within a startup or agency.
• Basic fluency in native platform analytics to guide growth recommendations.
• Must be excited to work in-office five days a week in San Francisco
