What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing, brand, content, and digital initiatives across the LAC region.
• Provide strategic counsel to regional CEOs and business leaders to align marketing campaigns with commercial priorities.
• Manage the transition and transfer of brand equity to the expanded hirify.global brand across diverse markets.
• Develop and execute AI-driven multi-channel acquisition campaigns to optimize client targeting and personalization.
• Oversee regional marketing budgets, lead demand generation, and measure ROI aligned with global standards.
• Build and empower a high-performing, collaborative marketing team, promoting agility and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within financial services or regulated industries.
• Must be based in Mexico City to meet the hybrid office requirement (3+ days per week).
• Proven expertise in MarTech, AI-driven marketing automation, analytics, and digital campaign management.
• Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders and leading multi-country strategies in complex enterprises.
• University degree required; advanced qualifications in marketing or related fields preferred.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for senior leadership levels regionally and globally.
