What you will do

• Own day-to-day production execution for podcasts in the curiosity and inspiration slate.
• Manage content development, acquisition, and collaboration with hosts and creators.
• Oversee the full production and distribution chain, including structural and technical audio expertise.
• Support talent management, guest booking, and foster collaborative working relationships.
• Coordinate monetization plans and communicate with Ad Ops and Revenue teams to deliver ad reads.
• Analyze KPIs (downloads, engagement) to identify trends and improve performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in podcast, radio, or audio production.
• Hands-on audio recording and editing skills, preferably with ProTools.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Journalism experience.
• Experience across various genres (comedy, documentary, news, etc.).
