Salary: $170,000 - $210,000 per year

What you will do

• Architect and deploy AI agents and copilots for hirify.global TV, integrating them with internal tools and services.
• Design single-agent and multi-agent orchestration patterns, including delegation and task execution.
• Build scalable RAG and context pipelines to ensure high-quality grounding for AI systems.
• Implement tool-calling, function-calling, and MCP-style integrations for agent interactions.
• Establish evaluation and observability frameworks for conversation quality, latency, and cost.
• Develop safeguards and testing pipelines to improve production readiness and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with C/C++ or other systems languages.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, prompt design, retrieval, and agent orchestration.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and conversational interfaces.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, REST APIs, and containerization.

Nice to have

• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with video, audio, or edge-device environments with hardware constraints.
• Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Research experience and implementation of emerging GenAI techniques.
