Salary: $300,000 - $350,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the end-to-end security strategy covering network infrastructure, cloud, and corporate IT.
• Lead and scale a security team to defend against nation-state actors and sophisticated threats.
• Design security architecture for a self-operated cellular network, from radio access to subscriber data systems.
• Integrate security into the product development lifecycle in collaboration with Engineering leadership.
• Oversee threat modeling, penetration testing, red-teaming, and incident response programs.
• Manage external security vendors, auditors, and a bug bounty program.

Requirements

• 10+ years in information security with 5+ years in senior leadership (CISO, VP Security).
• Proven experience building security programs and teams from the early stages.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed engineering teams.
• Deep technical expertise in security architecture and risk management.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to New York or Washington DC.

Nice to have

• Direct experience securing telecom, radio networks (SS7), or critical infrastructure.
• Experience managing security for Forward Deployed Engineers in high-risk travel areas.
