What you will do

• Partner with customer success to understand client pain points and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Lead technical discovery, run product demonstrations, and translate business challenges into feasible product configurations and implementation plans.
• Own the end-to-end integration process, acting as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients.
• Manage and optimize API integrations to ensure seamless connectivity and impactful user experiences.
• Respond to technical and compliance-related questions in RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape customer-driven roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top school.
• 1+ years of experience in software development, managing integrations, APIs, or ad tech.
• Strong expertise with RESTful APIs, OAuth authentication, and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients and navigating operational constraints.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments.
