What you will do

• Conduct one-on-one virtual and on-site group education and enrollment presentations for 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plan participants.
• Drive measurable participant actions, including plan enrollment, deferral increases, and rollovers.
• Develop and facilitate communication strategies to improve retirement outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsor representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Manage meeting schedules and travel logistics within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to optimize communication materials and attend client meetings.

Requirements

• Must reside in Portland, Oregon or very close proximity.
• Fluent Spanish proficiency is required.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided).
• 2–4 years of relevant financial services experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations (or ability to obtain them within established timelines).
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Practical experience providing high-level, consultative client interactions.
• Basic knowledge of defined contribution plans.
