What you will do

• Assist with the administration, configuration, and optimization of the ILDOT ProjectWise environment.
• Deliver expert-level ProjectWise coaching and training to ILDOT staff.
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance on ProjectWise solutions.
• Foster strong user relationships through consistent partnership and collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with ability to travel to Springfield, IL for on-site visits.
• At least five years of ProjectWise administration experience.
• Understanding of infrastructure projects and workflows in transportation.
• Basic knowledge or experience with PowerShell.
• Background in creating training materials or recording instructional videos.
• Excellent English proficiency for video recordings and live training sessions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer (ORD) and MicroStation.
• Knowledge of Bentley software workspaces as they pertain to ProjectWise.
• Experience with transportation design and construction workflows.
