What you will do

• Plan and deliver external events, sponsorships, and talent community meetups to build brand awareness.
• Organize corporate events and town halls to strengthen employee engagement and reinforce company culture.
• Adapt and execute global EVP-aligned programs for the local market.
• Ensure employer brand consistency across messaging, visuals, and tone of voice.
• Track event performance and gather feedback to implement practical improvements.
• Collaborate with Global Employer Brand CoE, Local People Lead, and external event agencies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of event management experience, preferably within tech companies.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and EVP activation.
• Proven ability to adapt global initiatives to local cultural contexts.
• High level of planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong English language skills.
• Experience with HubSpot; knowledge of Sapiens is a plus.
